Saint Bernadette has three full-time resource teachers that work with students who have learning challenges.  If a child arrives at Saint Bernadette with an existing IEP, 504, or a Student Assistance Plan from another school, Mrs. Susan Welch, Director of Learning Resources, will review the material and connect with the family to discuss the child’s specific needs. 

While we do not have the depth of services offered in the public school system, we are able to meet the needs of many students.  If the resource team feels additional testing is required, they will work with the local public elementary or middle school and the student’s parents to secure the testing services of the public school system.  Saint Bernadette is committed to ensuring that every child has the resources needed to be successful.
