In order to comply with Diocese Office of Catholic Schools requirements and ensure a safe environment for our students, "School volunteers...who have regular contact with the students will be required to provide verification of a negative TB screening." Some guidance is provided below:

1. You may get this verification at the clinic of your choice (e.g., your personal physician, an Urgent Care clinic, Fairfax County Health Department clinic).

2. There is no mandated form for this verification. It must, however, be in writing.

3. Written verification must be provided to the school nurse prior to the first time you volunteer with students at school.
